Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital goods
Merriments is a fully digital platform. All purchases grant access to digital services and features. Since digital goods cannot be "returned" once used, our refund policy is as follows.
Pro Event Pass — refund eligibility
- Before activation — if you have purchased a Pro Event Pass but have not yet created a game room, you are eligible for a full refund. The pass is considered "not activated" until you create your first room after purchase.
- After activation — once you create a game room, the 24-hour pass window begins and the pass is considered activated. No refunds are available after activation, as the digital service has been consumed.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through our support page with your registered email address and the reason for the refund. Please include your payment details (order ID or transaction reference) for faster processing.
Processing time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (card, UPI, wallet, or netbanking) via Razorpay.
Cancellation
Since the Pro Event Pass is a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription), there is no subscription to cancel. If you wish to stop using the Platform, you may simply stop using it. To delete your account, contact us through our support page.
Exceptions
In cases of duplicate payments, technical errors preventing access, or other exceptional circumstances, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue.
